thistles and twigs

While our bedroom is (still) getting the Heidi Montag treatment our living room got a little face lift of its own:)

its amazing what a rug will do-we got this one at IKEA-for $20!

we also got new curtains! I love the cross-hatch patten on them:

Subtle, slightly retro-they're perfect

Sometimes a little tweak is all you need-it will do for now:)
