I just wanted to stop in and show you what Gwen decided to be
A crow.
Not a princess. Not a fairy. Not even a cat or a horse. She wanted to be a crow. So I made that girl a crow costume!
I seriously can't look at her without giggling a little to myself. She is fabulously wonderfully weird
Have a safe and happy Halloween!
Gorgeous! Gwen will be the most beautiful crow ever, great job mom!
ReplyDeleteYeah she will! Thanks Cookie ;)
Deleteyou made that? i'm so impressed! she looks fabulous. if I was dressing up for halloween (which i'm not because i'll be at rehearsal) i'd totally want to be a crow!
ReplyDeleteI did! The wings are an old tutu cut down a seam and sewed along the shoulders of a leotard. Then I just covered a mask with feathers and cut out a tail shape to cover with feathers too-It was pretty simple but she is just oh so pleased with it!
DeleteThis costume is amazing! We just found your blog from the blog hop. We would love if you would check out our blog.
