Mothers Day is right around the corner and in case
you're drawing a blank on what to possibly get your mama
here are a few ideas for things that
I myself as a Mom would love to receive!
I love giving scarves as gifts. They always fit and there are so many
beautiful variations you're sure to find one that perfectly suits
whomever it is you're shopping for!
If you're in a time crunch Target has some really great options,
but if you still have time for online shopping I love ebay!
Scarves are a great way to add some fun color to your wardrobe
or follow a pattern trend without a big investment.
Instead of a floral arrangement,
consider giving an assortment of succulents in a unique vase or planter!
Succulents are a low maintenance plant and they come in so many amazing varieties.
I love the way these plants look and if you're on a budget these are very affordable.
You can usually find them at your local garden center
& West Elm has some great planter/terrariums
but they are way out of my price range
so my cheaper alternative is a run-of-the mill terracotta pot and a can of spray paint!
You really can get creative
with the container you choose to use.
I am in LOVE with these watch/bracelet combos.
They come in so many different colors and designs
and they are just a little bit different and unique.
This is on my own wish list (hint hint).
Again Target has some great options,
as does ebay but I've also seen
some really beautiful, high end designs.
These beautiful earring from Kendra Scott are very popular right now
and they are the perfect ageless pop of color.
Her modern clean designs transcend generations
and are appropriate for mothers of all ages while still being classic enough
to spend the little extra
I'm all about investing in timeless pieces and its for your MOM after all!
However, I do understand monetary constraints and if it's just not in your budget,
Forever 21 has some very similar copycat pieces that will do the trick!
If you feel you've exhausted your jewelry options in past Mothers Day
gifts
consider a new jewelry box!
One that coordinates with her decor
that she could leave on her vanity or bathroom counter
for her most worn
pieces could be useful and pretty!
who doesn't love functional design!
These lacquered boxes are from West Elm.
Nice post, I really love the wrap watches. That's so funny, I posted a Mother's Day gift guide yesterday and also featured the Target scarves! Good stuff.
